Founder & Lead Consultant
Paula Felix is a business consultant and facilitator with experience in Canadian banking, entrepreneurship, and post-secondary education. She helps clients turn complex business challenges into clear priorities, practical strategies, and actionable next steps. Paula holds an Master in Business Administration from the Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
Her background includes over a decade in business lending and advisory roles with major financial institutions, Crown corporations, and business organizations, along with leadership experience supporting entrepreneurship and industry engagement initiatives at the SFU Beedie School of Business.
Paula has supported the launch of dozens of small businesses through startup coaching programs and has managed large-scale initiatives involving business students, industry professionals, community organizations, and corporate partners.
