Founder & Lead Consultant
Paula Felix is a business consultant, facilitator, and project leader with experience across Canadian banking, entrepreneurship programs, and post-secondary institutions.
Her background includes over a decade in business lending and advisory roles with major financial institutions, Crown corporations, and business organizations, along with leadership experience supporting entrepreneurship and workforce development initiatives. Her experience also includes managing complex experiential and industry engagement initiatives at the SFU Beedie School of Business.
Paula has supported the launch of dozens of small businesses through startup incubation and coaching programs and has managed large-scale initiatives involving business students, industry professionals, community organizations, and corporate partners.
