Paula Felix is a business consultant, facilitator and program leader with more than a decade of experience spanning business banking and lending, entrepreneurship, financial management, growth strategy and complex program delivery.
Her career includes business finance and advisory roles within Canadian financial institutions and a Crown corporation, where she worked with entrepreneurs and business owners on financing needs, financial performance and growth. She has also supported dozens of entrepreneurs through structured startup and business development programs, providing practical coaching from business concept through business launch and early-stage operations.
Paula currently brings this business expertise into the post-secondary sector, where she leads complex experiential learning initiatives and industry partnerships involving students, faculty, corporate partners and community organizations.
An experienced facilitator and project leader, Paula specializes in translating complex business challenges into clear priorities, practical tools and actionable plans. Her facilitation style combines business expertise with real-world application, helping participants build the confidence and capability to put what they learn into practice.
Paula holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
